at Two Sisters of Montana. We are a small, family owned business located on the edge of Glacier National Park, and in downtown
Missoula, both in northwestern Montana. We are currently hiring for seasonal full time positions in our Glacier National Park
location including servers, all kitchen positions, line cook, prep cook, and dishwasher - and we're always looking for
a talented baker! Wait positions are open to experienced personnel only, and preferential placement is given to return
employees. Our wages are DOE, except for waitstaff positions which are paid federal minimum wage. We pool all tips,
with a minimum of 30% being tipped out to the kitchen staff (and another 5% to the baker in Babb only). The remaining tips
are split amongst the waitstaff. We do have employee housing available at $5.00 per night (also in Babb only). We do
not require a housing deposit, as we structure wages on a bonus system (please inquire for further details). We provide
rustic log cabins with 2 - 4 roommates, shower bathrooms, and basic cooking facilities. While we do not have an employee meal
plan, we offer discounts ranging from 25% - 100%, depending on your position.
Our original home is located 4 miles from
the eastern entrance to Glacier National Park. It is one of the last unspoiled wildernesses in the lower 48 states, encompassing
the Crown of the Continent, known to the local Blackfoot Indian Nation as The Backbone of The World, with alpine wilds on
the eastern slope and temperate rainforests on the western side. With over 600 miles of groomed hiking trails, Glacier can
offer a summer filled with adventure and activity. You will see pristine mountain lakes and streams, abundant wildlife, glaciers
(the last in the lower 48), and unparalleled alpine views. You will meet people from all over the US and the world, and make
friendships that will last a lifetime.
